1. How do I order from your website?
It's as easy as clicking a few buttons. Once you've found a product that you like, simply click the 'Add To Cart' button. During checkout, you'll be asked to provide the name and address of the person to whom you're sending the gift, your own invoicing address and your payment details. Of course, you'll also get to choose a delivery date and time and, if you're feeling eloquent, compose a card message.

Throughout the whole speedy process, you can rest assured that all your details are stored and transmitted super securely, and never ever shared with anyone else.

2. Can I order by telephone?
Yes you can. Please contact 0821-1000-0368 and our customer service team will be happy to assist you.

3. How far in advance should I order?
For online order(s), one business day notice is required. If you need a same day delivery please contact us directly at 0821-1000-0368. Please note that same day delivery is not offered for destinations to Bekasi, Tangerang, and Depok.

4. Can I request specific types of flower in my order?
Yes you can. We require 1-2 weeks in advance for special requested varieties subject to availability. Special requested order cannot be cancelled.

5. Can you make my order look exactly the same like the picture I showed you?
The photographs are designed only to give a general guide for colors, styles, and designs. We strive at all times to create designs as close as possible to your selection. Blooms may vary according to seasonal availability or when they do not meet our quality standards. Substitutions of equivalent value and quality may be necessary to fill your requirements. Part of the pleasure of flowers is their seasonal nature. We individually design and create each arrangement using the freshest seasonal blooms, giving us the chance to include stunning peonies in spring and vibrant sunflowers in summer.

6. Can I change the card messages?
Yes, you can change your card message as long as you inform us at least 48 hours before delivery. After that time, we cannot guarantee to be able to make the amendment.

7. What do I do if I am having difficulty placing an order?
If you are having difficulty placing an order we would be happy to take your order over the phone and place it for you. Contact us at 0821 10000 368 anytime between 9am-5pm. We are always looking to improve our online customer services experience and so any feedback on difficulties you have had would be greatly appreciated.  

Delivery

1. Can you deliver at a specific time?
Due to the unpredictable nature of the traffic, we are unable to provide you with a specific delivery time. However, on certain circumstances we may be able to accommodate such request, please contact us directly at 0821-1000-0368.

2. Can I get a delivery today?
For online order(s), one business day notice is required. If you need a same day delivery please contact us directly at 0821-1000-0368. Please note that same day delivery is not offered for destinations to Bekasi, Tangerang, and Depok.

3. Can I pick up my order(s)?
Yes you can pick up your order(s) at our studio, by appointment only.

4. Can you deliver on Sunday?
Yes we can with additional delivery charge. We also require one business day notice.
